Product used: Khinkali dumplings stuffed with beef and lamb
And this is how Leah Zohar writes:
After the holiday and there's no more energy for food
Then I remembered that I got to try Mama Mary's khinkali.
Fresh mushrooms left...
I made a sauce for the face.
Sliced mushrooms
Fresh fragrant onions and garlic
Coriander leaves and freshly ground black pepper
Also a heaping tablespoon of mushroom soup powder
And for dessert, a spoonful of teriyaki
The onion was browned in a little oil and the mushrooms came in two packages that turned a brown color.
The rest of the ingredients went in except for the coriander.
And cook a delicious, thick soup
The beef-filled khinkali were added to the sauce at the end and do not need to be thawed.
Let them cook slowly over low heat and what can I tell you?
The meat filling is so delicious and the sauce fits like a glove.
Fresh coriander sprinkled at the end and served with fresh lemon juice.
Delicious is not a word.
Local Israeli product, delicious seasoning and kosher of course
Have a busy day, Ganadan!!!
Thank you Mama Mary for this deliciousness.
Go buy some to have in the freezer for a good day like this.
Any soup will suit them.
