Ingredients (for about 6 dessert cups):
- 1 container of sweet or vegetable cream (250 ml)
- 1 box sour cream (200 ml)
- 3 tablespoons vanilla pudding powder
- 1 box (300 grams) of frozen mango Mama Mary
- For decoration: thawed frozen mango cubes, mint leaves
How to prepare:
- In a deep bowl, whip the sweet cream for about half a minute until it begins to thicken.
- Add in the sour cream and vanilla pudding powder, and continue whisking until the mixture stabilizes and a smooth, airy mousse is obtained.
- In a food processor or blender, puree the frozen mango. Mama Mary Puree until smooth (no need to add liquid – the mango is juicy enough!).
- For the perfect pour: Fill each dessert glass with a layer of vanilla mousse, then gently pour a layer of mango puree over it.
- For decoration – add thawed mango cubes and mint leaves for freshness.
