🥭 Dreamy mango mousse with frozen mango from Mama Mary

Product used:  Box of frozen mango 300 grams

When you're craving a light, summery, and impressive dessert – this is the recipe you need to save!

Ingredients (for about 6 dessert cups):

  • 1 container of sweet or vegetable cream (250 ml)

  • 1 box sour cream (200 ml)

  • 3 tablespoons vanilla pudding powder

  • 1 box (300 grams) of frozen mango Mama Mary

  • For decoration: thawed frozen mango cubes, mint leaves

How to prepare:

  1. In a deep bowl, whip the sweet cream for about half a minute until it begins to thicken.
  2. Add in the sour cream and vanilla pudding powder, and continue whisking until the mixture stabilizes and a smooth, airy mousse is obtained.
  3. In a food processor or blender, puree the frozen mango. Mama Mary Puree until smooth (no need to add liquid – the mango is juicy enough!).
  4. For the perfect pour: Fill each dessert glass with a layer of vanilla mousse, then gently pour a layer of mango puree over it.
  5. For decoration – add thawed mango cubes and mint leaves for freshness.
