Product used: Khinkali dumplings stuffed with beef and lamb
This is how Ricky Baruch writes
You will always find products from the "Mama Mary" company in my fridge/freezer because my children love them for quick preparation and direct serving to the table. This week, the delicious khinkali filled with beef and lamb arrived for the experiment.
At noon, when my son popped in without prior notice, I had already cooked a huge pot of fresh tomato sauce on the gas stove that I always make and divide into portions so that I can use it for pizzas, shakshuka, stuffed meatballs, and the like.
Of course, I took out the bag of "Mama Mary" khinkali, cooked the khinkali in boiling water and a little olive oil and salt according to the instructions on the package, and served them to the table with various combinations of tomato sauce. And even if you didn't ask, my son definitely took home a box full of khinkali and another box of tomato sauce.
