1. general
   • The Mama Meri Ltd. website, whose address is mamameri.com (hereinafter: "The website"), is a website on the Internet, which operates a virtual store, and offers its customers information and the purchase of food products and other products (hereinafter: "The services").
   • The site is owned by Mama Mary Ltd., C.P. 512431982, of 2 Lachish Street, Kiryat Yam (hereinafter: "Mama Mary Ltd.")The company"). Use of the site and receipt of the services offered therein are subject to the conditions detailed below in these regulations (hereinafter: "The regulations").

   • A user's invitation or offer to receive services will be accepted, provided that all of the following cumulative conditions are met:
     • Approval for the transaction has been given by the user's credit card company.
     • The requested products are in stock.
     • The address where the service must be provided is included in the company's distribution areas.
     • The user completed the purchase via phone call with a company representative.

3. Purchasing services through the website
   • Purchasing products that appear on the site through the site will be possible subject to performing the following actions:
     • The user must first select the desired product and click Add to Cart.
     • If you are a registered user on the site, you must enter a username and password. If you are not yet registered, you must complete the registration process on the site.

4. Site policies and prices
   • Orders on the site will only be accepted for purchases over 199 NIS.
   • The product images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only.
   • The variety of services and/or prices, including for shipping costs, and the payment terms on the site may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the company.
   • Purchasing products through the website will be possible subject to the product being in stock held by the company.
   • Allergens / Gluten – Do not rely on the details that appear in the product ingredients as they appear on the website. Read what appears on the product before using it.
   • The company invests a lot of effort to ensure that the products listed for sale on the site are updated continuously and accurately. If it turns out that an order has been placed to purchase products displayed on the site and it turns out that one of the products is out of stock, the buyer will be given the option of choosing between receiving an alternative product, which the company representative will offer over the phone, or canceling the product order.
   • Provided that the full consideration for the products ordered by the user has been paid, the Company will work to ensure that the product delivery reaches the requested destination in accordance with the delivery date that will be coordinated between the Company representative and the user, within seven business days from the date of completion of the purchase with the Company representative. It is clarified that the Company uses third parties to deliver the products to users and will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products or for any defect caused to any of the products in the shipment.    • The user confirms that the products are in good condition and that he has no complaints whatsoever regarding them.
   • A shipment returned to the branch will charge the customer additional shipping fees in order to re-deliver the order to the original destination or to another destination.
   • The distribution areas and shipping prices are as follows. Throughout the entire launch period of the site, deliveries will be made in the following cities only:

Haifa, Nesher, Kiryat, Tirat Carmel and Acre

At the end of the site's running period, deliveries will be as detailed below:

• Central Israel (Gedera-Hedera)
• North of Hadera
• South of Gedera
• Deliveries to the distribution areas located south of Be'er Sheva, the Gaza Envelope, the Lower and Upper Galilee, the Golan Heights, and settlements beyond the Green Line - will be made at the company's discretion and decision only.

• Website registration:
  • In order to benefit from the services and/or special offers, the user can register on the site, which includes providing personal information such as: name, telephone number, e-mail address, address, credit card information, order details, etc. (hereinafter: "Registration").The details").
  • The user hereby declares and undertakes that all information he will provide and/or update on the site is true, reliable and accurate, and that he has registered and/or provided the information in his own name and for himself only, and not in the name or for third parties, and that additional information that will be accumulated about him will be stored in the company's database and will be used in accordance with the company's privacy policy, as detailed below.

Furthermore, the above shall not be directly and/or indirectly responsible for any liability in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other problem that prevents actions from being performed on the site.

5. Payment for services
   • All prices displayed on the site include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
   • Payment for the order will be made using a credit card issued by one of the recognized credit card companies operating in Israel, and whose details were provided by the user at the time of registration on the site, and subject to these companies permitting the execution of payments and subject to their approval.
   • Payment for the ordered products will be according to their price at the time the order is placed, however, in cases where there is a significant change in the price of any item, the site reserves the right to call the user and inform them of the change in price, and the user will have the option to confirm the order according to the updated price or cancel the order for the item.
   • The payment amount for the order will include the payment for the shipping fees as detailed on the website. The Company reserves the right to update these amounts from time to time, at its sole discretion.

   • It is hereby clarified that the user is not under any legal obligation to provide the information as aforesaid, and that the provision of the information depends on the user's will and consent.
8. Updates and promotional information

9. Information security
   • This site implements systems and procedures to secure the information stored in order to reduce unwanted intrusion into it. However, it is clarified that the actions taken by the Company to secure the information do not provide complete protection. In light of the above, the Company does not warrant that the information and everything contained on the site and in the services provided therein are immune from unauthorized access to them and cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to information provided and/or collected in relation to users.     • The cancellation policy is in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010.
    • Cancellation of an order and/or change to an order via telephone and/or email is possible only during the operating hours of the customer service center. The operating hours will be updated from time to time and published on the website, without the need for prior notice and at the discretion of the company. 
    • The products offered on the site are food products and accordingly, their order cannot be canceled after the purchase is confirmed.

11. Limitation of liability

    • Products marked as "gluten-free" are made according to the declaration of the manufacturers of the products offered by the company on the site, unless otherwise stated, however, the responsibility for this declaration lies solely with the manufacturers and the company, as one who only markets and sells the products, will have no responsibility in this regard.
    • The product manufacturers guarantee to the company that the products offered on the site are of good quality and fresh.
