Special turkey meat-filled dumplings suitable for soup

What do you need?
- 1 package of turkey meatballs Mama Mary
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 peeled carrots, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 liters of water or chicken stock
- Salt, ground black pepper to taste
- A little chopped parsley for serving
How to prepare:
- Heat a large pot with olive oil, fry the onion until golden.
- Add garlic, carrots and potatoes, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add tomato paste and mix well.
- Add water (or stock), season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the turkey dumplings. Mama Mary And cook according to the instructions on the package (usually 6–8 minutes).
- Taste, adjust seasoning – and serve hot with chopped parsley on top.
Mama Mary's tip:
Want to make the soup even richer? Add celery and/or zucchini leaves to the pot – it adds freshness and flavor.
