Our story begins in 1993, in a small town called Kiryat Yam, on the outskirts of Haifa, in a small, homely production line designed to feed a few families based on the purity of Hebrew, homely and traditional cooking. Out of a desire to give and feed, the dream and thought was born in the head of our "Mama Mary" to establish a place that would allow her to fulfill her dreams. Over the years, they turned into culinary dreams, but at the time, these were simple dreams, full of all goodness, comforting, dreams that came from a variety of flavors, a variety of smells and the tradition of home, of memories, of love for food and culture.
In the following years, many processes took place, the road was full of obstacles, but that didn't bother anyone, and the main goal was always in front of their eyes - to prepare great, delicious, and comforting food.
