<\/span>You will always find products from the "Mama Mary" company in my fridge\/freezer because my children love them for quick preparation and direct serving to the table. This week, the delicious khinkali filled with beef and lamb arrived for the experiment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

At noon, when my son popped in without prior notice, I had already cooked a huge pot of fresh tomato sauce on the gas stove that I always make and divide into portions so that I can use it for pizzas, shakshuka, stuffed meatballs, and the like.<\/span>
<\/span>Of course, I took out the bag of "Mama Mary" khinkali, cooked the khinkali in boiling water and a little olive oil and salt according to the instructions on the package, and served them to the table with various combinations of tomato sauce.
